Went to five places they had what I needed and friendly staff members
I was put on hold for 25 minutes and I gave up after waiting so long on hold . Poor customer service !If in doubt I can show proof of phone bill .Unbelievable! In your response, no the phone line did not go down at all . One person pickup line during being on hold , I was asked what I was holding for I said I was on hold for sales and I was put on hold again , they put me back on hold . Lying Is not an excuse for bad customer service .

I give Southland Engine Company my highest recommendation... I purchased a zero turn mower from them 4.5 years ago and I am complete satisfied with the mower and the incredible service I have received over the years. I am so pleased with their service department/service manager Kylie Paterick, that I have since purchased a gas powered power washer, a chainsaw and a gas powered leaf blower. I will never purchase any type of small engine equipment from any place other than Southland Engine Company.
