I am an out of state buyer, and they even made the license and registration process painless as possible. Everyone went above and beyond and will have my continued business.
EVERY EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH SOUTHLAND DODGE IN HOUMA,LA HAS BEEN A DISAPPOINTMENT ( ASIDE FROM THE ACTUAL MECHANIC WORKING ON MY TRUCK). THE SAYING IS TRUE "IF YOU DIDNT BUY FROM SOUTHLAND DODGE GOOD LUCK WITH TTRYING TO GET A SERVICE APPOINTMENT". THEY DO NOT WANT TO SERVICE YOU VEHCILE UNLESS YOU BOUGHT IT FROM THEM. THEY REALLY DONT CARE IF ITS THE SAME BRAND THAT THEY ACTUALLY SELL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS NOT SO FRIENDLY AT ALL.
