We started building a home building plan about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, we have to put plan on hold. We restarted plan recently. The building price doubled since 2 years ago. Jodi helped us with the plan selections and alterations. During this process, she provided us with many valuable information. Many plans were selected and altered, and many calculation she made for the changes of plans. She has been very patient to accommodate our needs. Months have passed and nothing have been settled, promised to save money if done right away,changed my plans several times to make them happy but no matter how many times I changed my plans, the price keeps going up. Then the kicker is no matter what you pick they cant build it the way you want, it only the way they want and the price is NOT the same as advertised. How would you like a single story with basement level in front along with first level entrance? Dont think they are professional!
