The landlord randomly raises the rent, despite the apartment being barely maintained (more than half the dryers don't even work), and will spontaneously try to scam you out of over 3x rent ($900+ for one month payment that's agreed upon $620. Also whatever idiots they hire for maintainence will ruin more they they "repair". For the love of all that you value stay away from any property owned by this crook. (Or anything bu Brookings property "management")
Landlord lies to people. She plays nice and perfect when you first meet her. When you sign that lease, only then will you see her true colors. Do not sign anything with this god awful place!
Landlord is a thief. Its literally transparent and she doesn't even bother to try to cover it up. Save your money and live somewhere else.
