Horrible slimy company. Contact a law firm immediately if you have been hit by one of their drivers.
Absolute worst experience ever. I do not recommend negotiating with this company directly, hire an attorney and file suit immediately. They will do all they can to drag their feet and get out of paying what is owed. Dana Smiley was the rep we communicated with and she had no compassion what-so-ever throughout the process. For this company to treat us like they have over the past two months, is an absolute shame. Someone really needs to look into the business practices of this company.
Total scam. These guys pretended they would pay for damages then tried to weasel their way out of any liability. Don't wait, sue them immediately. Brent Federico was patronizing, acted like a teenager and would make long insincere exhaleing breathing sounds into the phone. He also just repeated the same thing over and over for three weeks without making any attempt to settle the claim. Absolutely insulting. These guys have a terrible reputation amongst body shops. Several I spoke to said be very careful or you will get screwed or left on the hook to pay for repairs they weaseled out of. Plan on them dragging their feet as much as possible, denying liability and expecting you to just roll over and take it. They sent me releases that had a LOT of mutually exclusive and contradictory language that I would have been a fool to sign (verified this with my attorney).
