The staff at Collins are exceptionally nice. But the systems/promos/etc. are so difficult to navigate. Call: no lanes. But 11 lanes are showing available online. But if you book online you can’t use your Rewards dollars or gift card. We even had the gold memberships for awhile but the times were too limited for us, especially once Saturday mornings were out. As much as we’ve tried to find value and be more frequent guests, I think the $60 lane every few months is going to be more our speed. They make the deals too difficult.
Fun time with the grandkids. Reasonable prices for an afternoon of entertainment.
Good place to spend time with family
Drinks were awful at the bar, service was bad and unfriendly. Reported there was no toilet paper or soap in restroom when I first got there, an hour later when leaving still the same situation so no one was washing their hands the whole time. The bowling lane was fine but the guys at the counter less than nice. Would rather go to Danville or Richmond next time.

Went this past Saturday for a friends birthday and it was absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had! I don't think we have ever been treated with such rude/disrespectful service from this bowling alley as long as I can remember coming. Instead of bowling here and not having to wait, we left and went to Malibu Jacks and waited an hour to bowl, to get better prices and WAAAY better service! I don’t know if I’ll ever go back here again! 😡
Pizza was amazing and the prices were really good too. They are also very attentive about what is going on on the lanes
