Took my kids this weekend, we had a great time. I really like when the lights go out and the lanes light up, my kids loved it. Also we signed up for the membership which is a great buy. We will be back soon.
Friendly & helpful staff. Food was delicious, clean & good-working facility. Great place for families & friends to gather.

So clearly the staff at Southland lanes snack bar are not there to serve their customers. I ordered the same stuff that I've ordered for two weeks straight and Mr Dreadhead informs me that the fries that I had got with our burgers for two weeks don't come with the burgers. So I say to him that I don't understand. He throws a hissy fit, grabs them out of the freezer and throws them on the counter and says I'll give them to you. I’ve been around bowling for 60+ years and first bowled at Collins centers in 1967. I’ve seen lots of changes both good and bad. What I have noticed repeatedly over the last few years is lane equipment that is wearing out as all things mechanical eventually do. Now that the Eastland center has closed the increased play at Southland will stress the pinsetters even more. Hopefully the maintenance staff and mechanics can keep up with it. Time will tell....
