Went there for my grandma to get shots. They were super nice and patient as she can't move fast. And helped rescheduled for next appointment too.
Just called and found my file was discharged no explanation on why, and I have Fibromyalgia but yet I have a PPO. So unless they are not taking Blue shield that doesnt make any sense. Don't need a referral with PPO if jn net work. Would like an explanation on this. Customer service is not the same anymore. When in pain and cant schedule and girl at the office just tells u cant be seen anymore with no explanation. How professional are you
Dr. Chavez is friendly and knowledgeable however the office staff and practice overall are very difficult to deal with. The practice continues to drop different insurance planes, including major carriers like Blue Shield and they give you no warning whatsoever. The practice will also discharge you as a patient with no warning and leave you with an autoimmune disease without any care. My 2 stars are based solely on Dr. Chavez being a good rheumatologist.
I love coming here Dr Bustamante is great staff is very helpful and polite always in and out quickly
I have been to this office twice and everytime I have been there the entire staff have been amazing. I currently been treated by Dr. Bustamante and he is amazing. He always listens to what I have to say and have done many studies. Amazing place.
