Very hit & miss, unfortunately. I've been there before a number of times without issue, but it really depends who is working. I called & asked for an appointment. The receptionist started by insisting that I hadn't been there before despite my insisting that I had. Then she found me, okay so could I make an appointment? It's for a script, explained I was given a paper script but lost it & needed a new one. Dr dao would have to be the worst Dr I've ever come across..his bedside manner is atrocious...thank goodness I changed Drs to someone that cares
Wonderful little practice....Dr Meg is lovely as is the receptionist. My wife, Karen and myself would highly recommend them.
Would not recommend this place as the doctor satchwell is never on time and had to wait over 1hour to be seen and there was other ppl was waiting and just walked out
