My mom is a resident at Southlake. Everyone that cares for her are wonderful. Very caring.
I would give it a zero for a place to work.
My sister is currently at Southlake Village Rehab and loves it. The surroundings are beautiful, place looks like a small town setting. PT and OT have been wonderful, the nursing staff takes care of everyone. My sister likes where she is at and how she is treated. She said the food is very good also.
