If I could give a 0 star I would! This office is the most unorganized office that I have ever dealt with! I am a dental professional myself and I have had enough medical procedures done to know how things should go. I was asked to get ahold of their office by someone that was handling screening for an upcoming surgery because she said "they should have caught this." I needed medical clearance from my cardiologist and permission to get off of aspirin. No one communicates at this office because the wrong fax number was provide... read more

Receptionist was awful to my son and I. Dr. Ryan (was not impressed with him anyway) told us to return in 6 weeks for a re-check. He forwarded this information to the receptionist. She then told me to return in 4 weeks. I questioned her since the doctor literally just said 6 weeks. She said, very loudly, “whatever the customer wants I guess!” Safe to say I canceled my son’s re-check appointment and ran elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to see the doctor because I waited for over an hour in an almost empty waiting room. I finally gave up. Receptionist was very rude.

I’ve been a patient for about 10 years now. Doctor Cmejrek is very professional and thorough. He really cares about his patients. Very professional courteous thorough and friendly. And the staff is very professional and courteous as well. Thank you. I would highly recommend this E.N.T. I’ve been with them for at least 10 years like I said I would highly recommend anybody that needs , “ ear nose or throat Care“
