Awful doctor. Didn't help me at all, mainly because he never listens. Didn't help me one bit, sent me to some other doctor who was useless also. Go elsewhere, save your money.
Horrible!! The initial visit Dr Ryan came in and did a brief exam of my ear nose and throat . Told me to use nasal sprays to increase my nasal passages. Referred me to another office for CT sinus exams but unfortunately his nurse never sent the order to the office for the exams. Finally a week later the order was sent. After I received the cd from the scans, I immediately took it to Dr Ryan’s front office and shared please give to Dr. Ryan the front office personnel said I will put in his inbox . Dr did good job on my balloon synoplasty I thought. Although my relief was short lived. I went back recently and wasn’t really impressed. I’ve been stuffed up for a while. Treated me for a sinus infection with antibiotics, but, no luck. Had a ct scan and he referred me to another surgeon saying he couldn’t help me. I asked if another round of steroids would help. He said no. I made the appointment with the surgeon, but I’m glad I went back to my general practice Dr. he gave me another round of prednisone at a higher dose. It... read more
Dr was an hour late to his first appointment when I left. Nurse was rude as well.
If I could give a 0 star I would! This office is the most unorganized office that I have ever dealt with! I am a dental professional myself and I have had enough medical procedures done to know how things should go. I was asked to get ahold of their office by someone that was handling screening for an upcoming surgery because she said "they should have caught this." I needed medical clearance from my cardiologist and permission to get off of aspirin. No one communicates at this office because the wrong fax number was provide... read more
