We've been very happy with the work Southlake has done in getting our new lawn established. They communicate well, do great work, and then stand by it. What more could you want in a company? I hope we can continue working with them on projects for years to come.
Called them on August 19th for an estimate on some landscaping work. The guy I spoke with was sick and said it would be a few days which was understandable. Friday the 22nd a different guy contacted me and said he would be coming out for the estimate since the other guys still sick. He was then 20 minutes late - not a big deal. But then after I took time out of my work day to meet with him and go over the work I needed done Southlake never got back to me (it's now 8 days later) with a quote. The county came in our neighborhood and put in city sewer. To do that, our backyard was torn up, a tree and shrubs were taken out, our patio pavers were disturbed and things were a mess. Christian gave us a new design for the yard. His crew worked hard, putting it all together. The crew is great. Friendly and professional. Our backyard now looks good again! Thank you to everyone.
They are very professional, reliable and do an amazing job with my lawn. I am very happy with my service.
