The people at Midgard were very responsive and easy to work with. The facility is clean and well kept and clean. The online experience was very positive and easy to navigate. I will definitely consider them again for any future storage needs.

Employees are nice and pleasant to deal with. The units are fine. We have had 3. The outside unit did have lots of cobwebs and some dead bugs after a while. I would not have gotten an outside unit if I had known that would be the case. This was my first time storing at a facility. So far we haven't had any issues with the inside units. However, their climate control is a little different than my idea of climate control. I would have appreciated the temps to stay more even. I could overlook these things.
