I started PT to try to get better range of motion and less pain in both of my shoulders. My injuries and surgeries were from decades ago. My chronic pain was getting worse. Anyway, I've been seeing Helgish for 8 or 9 sessions now and the results are fantastic. He is very smart and was able to teach me how to help myself. A great Physical Therapy experience.I have been to a couple of other places but, this one stands out ! The staff is outstanding. They have really helped me regain mobility and, decreased my pain .A+ Highly recommend.
1:1 Hands on with Physical Therapist, full hour. Creative, attentive, wonderfully professional and a joy to work with the entire staff. Appointments accessible. VERY clean. Elders respondant.
All the Physical Therapists have been wonderful! Knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and work with you so you are successful in achieving a good outcome for one's situation. Sara is always welcoming and helpful in scheduling. I would definitely recommend Apex - Valparaiso on Burlington Beach Road.
