Very upset at how they treat or dont treat people seeking help . I have had several bad experiences
Highly recommend the hospital can buy some microphone speakers for those first check windows. No one could hear them, even tho they were trying yelling loudly but still no one can hear the needs.
I will never go back here again, I truly do not feel the doctors, staff have the best interest of the patients. This place feels very unsafe as they do not listen to patients and are more concerned with true care you get else where and question it as apposed to addressing initial visit. This place also has a lot of political undertones and is quite "specific" in the race of patients they put first. This place truly needs to be investigated by the college of physicians and surgeons.
Never going back here. I asked for general anesthetic for a medical procedure and the doctor made it very clear how little time he had for me and as soon as I brought up the better care provided at Toronto general hospital the doctor KICKED ME OUT and told me to go there. Left emergency untreated, having to go to a Toronto hospital instead. Go there if your "sad" or have headache. What a joke.
