I had my appointment today after almost a year of being referred, I went in to check my nose as I had some concerns about it. The doctor, dr Khalil was a horrible dismissive doctor who was super unprofessional and rude. I went in with my mom who was explaining my problems to her in which she ignored and cut her off by saying “okay let me check with the camera” and proceeded to bring this long camera in which she pushed up my nose without any warning nor any sympathy even though I was visibly in pain and I felt it scratch the... read more
receptionist is beyond rude and you can never get ahold of anyone. be prepared to get put on hold for upwards of thirty minutes and forgotten about.
Went in for an ENT appointment for my toddler last week, she had an appointment at 11:40AM, we were out by 11:55AM. All the staff were wonderful (audiologist, reception, and the doctor)
I want to start by saying that my ENT specialist is excellent, and I have no concerns with the care provided by the physician. Unfortunately, the administrative experience at this clinic was very disappointing. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:00 a.m. appointment, checked in, and waited. My experience here was nothing short of phenomenal. It took only TWO months from my referral date to have the appointments, scans and surgery completed. I have extreme anxiety with new doctors, but Dr Theriault made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. She's very personable, warm and caring. The best part of it all was the surgery.
