I really really like Dr. Davids. I've been her patient for years now and she's been amazing. I really like that we can talk openly about my care. She's very honest with me about what concerns her or doesn't concern her. She lets me know when she isn't sure about things and wants to do further testing. I appreciate that from a doctor. I trust her implicitly. As far as the office goes, I've had no major issues. They book me when I need to be booked. They get through to Dr. Davids when I need them to. Tv was so loud we couldn’t hear our names being called. Was so loud we needed to ask it to be turned down, they did but were not kind about it
I got a call to book an appointment for the first time with them , the receptionist gave me a date that I couldn't attend and when she gave me another date that wasn't working for me she hung up and called back after few minutes, when I booked and asked for address she showed me attitude and was very dismissive. I read the reviews and saw how horrible other patients experience are I called and cancelled my appointment, not wasting my time. I told my family doctor who referred me as well. Horrible service.
I arrived early for my appointment and ended up waiting for over an hour. When I asked the front desk if anything could be done, I was told, “We can’t do anything.” I had paid for only 30 minutes of parking, assuming I’d be in and out on time. When I returned to my car, I had a parking ticket waiting for me. This whole experience was extremely frustrating. Today I received a 2nd call to book my appointment. After sharing my experience last week to reception Lira that I was hung up on, she asked me if I called back and left a voicemail. There was no apology and I felt very uncomfortable to book an appointment with this location. +++1 week ago I posted a review on David Finkelstein MD page: Worst customer service.
