Went in for an ENT appointment for my toddler last week, she had an appointment at 11:40AM, we were out by 11:55AM. All the staff were wonderful (audiologist, reception, and the doctor)
I want to start by saying that my ENT specialist is excellent, and I have no concerns with the care provided by the physician. Unfortunately, the administrative experience at this clinic was very disappointing. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:00 a.m. appointment, checked in, and waited. By 10:40 a.m., after noticing several patients who had arrived after me being called in first, I approached reception to politely ask whether I had somehow been missed in the queue. My experience here was nothing short of phenomenal. It took only TWO months from my referral date to have the appointments, scans and surgery completed. I have extreme anxiety with new doctors, but Dr Theriault made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. She's very personable, warm and caring. The best part of it all was the surgery.
