Dr. Booker is the only orthopedic surgeon that I will go to. He is completely dedicated to his patients. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to answer any questions/concerns that I have. Both the offices and the Medplex staff are wonderful.

In March 2020, I broke my left wrist in a sudden fall on a hard tennis court. It was a bad break. I was referred to Dr. Bonatz at Southlake Orthopaedics by my local American Family Care. I had surgery by Dr. Bonatz to repair my broken wrist. I know that I could not possibly have been more fortunate than to have had him as my surgeon. I had right hand carpal tunnel release yesterday and I am already seeing/feeling results! Dr. Bonatz and his team did a great job of easing my fear of surgery.
Friendly staff, Dr Smith and his staff were great. Waiting time was minimal. Covid precautions in place.
I had ankle ligament repair today and it was such a great experience. (Mind you, I was absolutely terrified!) Everyone, from the front desk, all my nurses, the anesthesiologist, and of course my surgeon, Dr. Krauss, were all SO amazing and took such great care of me today. Thank you so much. I’d recommend Southlake to anyone!!
Would recommend finding a different office based on our experience. We have had 3 appointments with Dr. Talbert and waited more than one hour to be called back at each visit. When we did not hear anything after two tests, I called and was told to schedule another appointment. After waiting another 1 hour and 45 minutes, we were told the test was negative and to just call if we needed anything. Wasted time and money.

Always very efficient, professional, friendly and courteous. On time appointments, no waiting for hours to be seen. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Doctors informative with explanations of findings, recommendations for treatments. Always a positive experience.
Dr. Dewey Jones is such a patient and kind physician. He took so much time answering my questions and explaining what to expect from my upcoming hip replacement surgery. I would highly recommend him to my friends
