They weren’t open. The hours say they open at 9. At 9:20 there wasn’t anyone there
It’s 9:45am.. they were supposed to open at 9am- Lights are off and no one is here. I got my nails dipped here less than a week ago and 2 nails have already split and crumbled.. but they aren’t even here to fix them.
Don is very rude always blames client when they mess up. I will not be getting services from them anymore.
The work is good and the prices are decent but the customer service needs some improvement.
