Larry responded quickly to my inquiry, and he quickly resolved the problem with our cooling unit's drain pan (removing some insulation that had gotten stuck in the drain). He attempted to blow out the line for the primary drain multiple times, but it will likely require a plumber to resolve. Larry explained the situation and also refused to accept payment, given it was a relatively small effort on his part and the issue was not fully resolved.
