I called them at 4pm to see if I can come over and no answer. The dealer closes at 6pm and the automated machine said there is no appointments required for oil changes! I got there at 4:40 and they said they can’t take any more appointments even though the bay was empty! Lol
I visited Southlake Ford this morning for an oil change on my Ford Transit 250 at the Quick Lane. I specifically requested an oil change and an air filter replacement. Upon returning home, I discovered that the engine oil cap was left off and placed on the headlight! I promptly went back, and while they checked the oil level and assured me it was fine, I was extremely concerned. Fast Lane Oil change, great service
RIP OFFS - DO NOT BRING YOUR MONEY TO SOUTHLAKE FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The service advisor didn't know I knew a little about auto mechanics, and have my own diagnostic computer at home. The service advisor told me his computer wasn't pulling any codes off my truck, but my computer did. Service advisor stated they needed more time to diagnose the issue.
