I called them at 4pm to see if I can come over and no answer. The dealer closes at 6pm and the automated machine said there is no appointments required for oil changes! I got there at 4:40 and they said they can’t take any more appointments even though the bay was empty! Lol
I visited Southlake Ford this morning for an oil change on my Ford Transit 250 at the Quick Lane. I specifically requested an oil change and an air filter replacement. Upon returning home, I discovered that the engine oil cap was left off and placed on the headlight! I promptly went back, and while they checked the oil level and assured me it was fine, I was extremely concerned.
