Staff is great, but highly overworked.
I checked in for my appointment and told them I was early 1245 for a 130 appt i waited until 215 then i asked them what was up they messaged my doctor who said she couldnt see me then I was told I could book an appointment for tuesday. The clerk said they didnt arrow me down whatever that means. I have waited a long time in the past sometimes an hour after scheduled appt due but on this friday I have issues pending and waa told not to go to the emergency but to come to the clinic.
I recommend getting a real family doctor. I don’t like that they change resident physicians every two years. I booked an appointment after not seeing the previous resident physician for 11 months, when booking I clearly wrote exactly what I wanted the appointment for, and instead of calling me and cancelling, I got there and they said what I wanted (blood work to follow up on low levels) wasn’t needed. This hospital is the worst in Ontario the nurses are very ignorant and treat the patients bad my mom is there and one of the nurses stole her phone charging bank I am going higher up and making an complaint about how they treat people they are very Unprofessional
Very professional and polite reception ladies and nurses. The volunteer lady was very warm and well mannered. Consult and surgery prep nurses were very well mannered and polite making the senior patients be less anxious. I just hope the male reception where we pay can be more pleasant. Thank you so much and we appreciate everyone.
