Truly the worst practice I could imagine. Trying to get in takes forever. You never see the same person twice There hours only work if you don't. Never seem to do anything for the paceint. Wish I could another doctor but since I am with this practice I can't seem to . go anywhere else. If you are looking for a doctor I would go anywhere else then here. There is no respect for people at this practice. I only wish I could rate them less then 1star.
Absolutely ridiculous!!!.. I've waited 16months so far to see a dietician! They only schedule Monday appointments, which is very inconvenient and which is most likely the huge cause of this long waitlist. I just recieved an email today saying I have MANDATORY virtual sessions I have too take every Monday for 1.5hrs, that start in 3 DAYS!! I wasn't notified about this earlier! I haven't even met the dietician yet!! People have jobs and lives they need to plan around. This system is an actual joke!!
My father (62) waited over 6 months for cataract surgery. On Jan 29, he was told to come in for surgery at 1:00 PM and was instructed to take dilating eye drops, which blurred his vision and made it impossible for him to drive. As well as being told not to eat from midnight the night before. Because of this, both of us had to take the day off work, and we drove 1 hour each way. I love my doctor but the after hours doctors and front desk team are not up to par. It sounds like Im talking to a depressed teenage boy who doesnt want to be there discussing my personal medical issues for an appointment... he didnt confirm the appointment time before hanging up and had a bit of an attitude. The after hours training doctor told me I had lupus when I didnt and created 3 weeks of unnecessary fear and stress. Hire more professional front desk staff and start teaching resident doctors how to talk ti patients.
Our family doctor is okay (although always busy and booked up the last couple of years). The first pediatric doctor that we visited (when our family doctor was away) with our child was amazing - unfortunately I don't remember her name.
