Just so professional and thorough
Dr. Koogler is great. His front office staff is not so great. When their appointment reminder didn’t work correctly back in May and I missed my appointment, they said I needed to see them again before they give me contacts. Fair enough but they have no appointments available. When I asked for contacts to get me through until my appointment in three weeks, they said “I’m sorry but you could sue us and it’s illegal for us to give them to you”. This is an amazing Eye center! Dr Koogler is brilliant and his staff are absolutely wonderful! My wife and I had our vision test recently and as a result needed prescription glasses. We worked with Sherri, their optometrist, to select glasses for our prescription. Sherry was extremely helpful, in fact, she went above and beyond to ensure my glasses arrived prior to me leaving internationally.
