Originally the office was great. Found out my health ins may pay for process. What was supposed to be 4-6 weeks max for approval turned into 5 months later. Finally got approved, but Clara was the most UNPROFESSIONAL person ever. There was poor communication during the process & then just because I had questions about financing and what all was covered. Best dental experience in have ever had, i didn't even need to be sedated. I will never use another dental place as long as they always treat me this darn well.
Caring provider. Lovely staff. Quality work. this is by far the best dental provider I’ve ever had. I’ve recommended them to friends and have taken my entire family here.
EVERYONE here is super nice and accommodating! I brought 5 of my kids here (in addition to myself), and Dr Koujan was very kind, patient, attentive and polite to all of us. This practice feels like you are getting your dental work done in the comforts of your own living room— and that says a lot coming from me considering I hate going to the dentist:) I would highly recommend Southlake Dental Care and Wellness for you and your families dental needs!
The staff at Southlake Dental is so friendly and professional. They all go out of their way to help patients have the best possible experience. I actually look forward to going into the office! How many people can say that about a trip to the dentist?
