Very friendly staff great vets.
SouthKent Vet - either location (Caledonia or Byron Center) we are (were) clients, we called this am to get an appointment for our dog and NEVER had a return call back. We called both locations and NEITHER location called back. Unfortunately, this is NOT the first time this has happened (at lease two other times we have had similar experience). We have been fine with the Vets, but getting in and/or a call back has been TERRIBLE (non-existent). IF you work there or know people that work there, you may want to let them know. W... read more
The staff here was wonderful to our family when we had to put our dog down after 13 years. Dr Amanda explained the process and was so patient with us as we had to watch our family member leave. Loving and caring during this hard time. Thank you!
Our dog had surgery and he pulled his stitches out, not once but 2 times. They got him right in and gave him the best care. All the staff members and vets are amazing. This place is amazing and so glad to have a vet office we trust and love to care for our animals.
Southkent was there for my dog Daisy through almost her entire life. We originally brought her to a different hospital when she was a pup, but found them through a friend who assured us that we were paying way more than was necessary for vet care. They are extremely reasonably priced and so genuine. When it was time for Daisy to go across the Rainbow Bridge, they gave me plenty of time with her and were very respectful.
