Horrible customer service. Old guy looking like grandpa wants to come out and talk crap to you because your walking your dog. This is why you have no service old guy ! What's wrong with you!!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service Southington Glass provided. I was looking for a glass top to put over a wood table and they did an excellent job. They guided me on how to capture the shape of the corners, and I provided the measurements, saving me the cost of having someone do it. The glass top was a perfect fit. Oh, and they expedited it so I could have it for Thanksgiving. All this for a reasonable price!
One week has gone by without receiving a quote as promised. Unacceptable. Went elsewhere...
