I met Dr. Rivera for the first time yesterday. He was kind, thoughtful and truly cared about learning my medical history. He took his time with me and discussed our options going forward with my medical care. I already feel confident with him as my doctor and would recommend him to my family and friends.
Dr. Rivera, Jr takes the time to talk you, ask you how you are feeling and goes over everything in detail He has a great personality and sense of humor. He keeps it light but professional. You don't just feel like your a number and that your being rushed out the door. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you!
Came into SFMC for the first time today. Dr. Rivera and the entire staff were amazing. I’m very happy to have Dr. Rivera as my new PCP.
Dr. Rivera, Jr is the best! He takes the TIME to ask questions and actually listens.... I went in as a walk-in and was not rushed in any way or treated as an “inconvenience” to his routine. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was warm and welcoming and made this “doctors office phobia” patient feel comfortable and unembarressed. And he diagnosed and treated my problem helping ease pain I’ve had for months. Thank you all!
I love the way Dr. Rivera and his staff treat me when I’m there - like a person not just a number. I feel like they listen to me and my worries are not discounted. I always hated going to doctors before so I avoided it but I don’t feel that way about going here.
So I go to SFMC often and I always pay cash before seeing the doctor never thought about getting a receipt, well when I went this time there was a slight billing issue. I expressed the issue and by the time I left the issue was resolved. I was grateful another set of eyes was able to find the error and all was taken care of. Best Customer Care I received in a while. Thank you SFMC for making it right. �
