It's a great place to live. Been here since 2002! Now the majority of residents are up north since they are part-year residents and it's real quiet but Vero Beach is a nice place to live year 'around.
RecommendedMagnificent place! The landscaping and maintenance is superb. AJ is a wonderful owner/operator, very wise yet down to earth.
What more can i ask for? SG is an oasis of quiet delight in the middle of the city. All conveniances across the street and the beach 2 miles away. Protected within a community small enough to know everyone and feel safe close enough to enjoy the best of Vero.

We have stayed in Many R. V .. parks over so many years , Southgate Village is the best !!! The people are so friendly, so much fun, we love the many activities, especially the 4to 6 ! We have a great activities committee! The Park is beautiful,well upkept , the Pool is a wonderful gathering place. A. J .
