I used to live in these apartments. A garage and washer and dryer hookups were a plus. I didnt have a roach problem. I try to be proactive about roaches in apartments. You never know how your neighbors live. If I needed anywork done in my apartment it was always fixed in a timely manner. The managers were great! They have to deal with a lot of different personalities. Ive seen it. It isnt an easy job. I followed the rules and tried to make sure my kids did the same when they played outside.
