I have three dogs and two cats and I had been at a local vet that I became unhappy with the customer service when my dog had been in for surgery. I am so pleased with the customer service and care that Southgate offers. The text service is amazing, I can ask questions when a problem arises and get a response within 30 minutes of the opening the next business day.
