Mary-Ann is very friendly and professional. I really enjoy every interaction I have with her. She did not push us to rent and gave us all the information that made our decision easy to make.

After renting from Southgate Tower for a year, it’s difficult to imagine our experience being worse. The building is falling apart, and Boardwalk has no intention of fixing any of it. During our year: 1. Human feces was found in the stairwell, the building took a week to remove it. 2. A washing machine caught fire and ruined hundreds of dollars worth of clothes and bedding. My experience in Southgate Towers for the past 11 months has been amazing! Cleanliness has been regularly upkept. Our building manager MaryAnn has been great with immediately following up on any issues I bring up either posted online or talking to her in person. She always goes the extra mile connecting with all the residents living here. The new cleaning lady Tammy is also such a sweetheart!! 10/10 recommend living here!
