The new cleaning lady at southgate tower is very professional and is very good at cleaning the building on time and is very friendly.

It takes 4 months for an elevator to get changed and still doesn’t work, I literally have to climb stairs every 2nd day. It’s real hard if you have to climb more than 10 floors with stuff in your hand's. The manager is really sweet and helpful tho but I guess some things are not in her hand
Between the two elevators 1 is always under upgrade process and the other 1 is broken half of the day. how people are supposed to live with such a mess? If this problem continues, I will report this with all the evidence to Alberta Tenancy. let's see how will you deal with the government
