I moved out this building and it was my biggest mistake. I highly recommend you get apartment in Southgate. Good staff and service by Mary Ann and ivy
How do you like the ability I love the building the renovations that did a couple years ago are wonderful and the building is always clean okay and oh yes Mary Ann is the best and also IV I love these girls thank you
Infested with COCKROACHES!!!! They have traps set all over the building, laundry rooms, mail room, pool area and garbage rooms. No bottom weather strip on your door so bugs are free to infest your apartment at any time. When you do end up with an infestation, they demand you stay out of your apartment for 8 hours after emptying every drawer, cupboard and closets. Only to have to clean everything again before puttingyour home back togerger.. My mom is 70, has congestive heart failure and her heart only works at 35%. She gets ... read more
Staff are pleasant and very helpful.Mary Anne is always cheerful and addresses concerns. Ivy keeps the building clean and is always helpful with any concerns.
