I had a very disappointing experience with Southgate Tower managed by Boardwalk. My security deposit was deducted without any prior explanation or discussion. When I contacted the management to ask for clarification, the responses I received were confusing and did not adequately explain the charges. I’ve been living at Southgate Tower for almost three years, and overall it’s been a great experience. The building is well maintained, and whenever I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it has been handled quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Mary Ann the property manager.
