Was there the other day visiting my partner and spotted two cockroaches on the floor by the elevators. One scurried off into the corner of the wall, and a guy next to me killed the other one. Additionally, elevators break constantly. I hear they are getting new elevators, which is great, but it’s a constant problem. As others have said, promised amenities are rarely functioning. Mary Ann is friendly welcoming and very helpful. The apartment is really clean. The custodian and maintenance are very professional. I would recommend anyone to love at boardwalk community. All the residents seem very friendly.
We lived here for three years, and it was a truly wonderful experience! The building is cozy, quiet, and very conveniently located, with everything you need close by. During these years, we always felt at home. Special thanks to Mary Ann and Ivy for their care, kindness, and support — you made our stay at Southgate Tower warm and memorable.
I moved out this building and it was my biggest mistake. I highly recommend you get apartment in Southgate. Good staff and service by Mary Ann and ivy
