Billing is BAD. Dr.Gupta was excellent may be in network. But, this place where he does the surgery isn't. You find out two days before your eye surgery when you and your loved one has taken the day off work to be here. Their not prompt with doing pre authorization. Not to mention you've brought the medication already that's not cheap even with your copay to start taking the day before the surgery that's required.
