Southgate/Rydal Review After being a tenant here for 16 months, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. From mold issues to constant plumbing issues (constantly having the water turned off) to mice, dog feces all over the property and overall filth. Dating back to January of last year we have email proof asking for someone to come assess the mold in our AC units and walls. Do. Not. Move. Here. Overpriced, outdated buildings and appliances, unsupportive front office and they LOVE to turn the water off and give you a last minute notice about it.
ONE OF THE WORST APARTMENT BUILDINGS WHICH NEVER CARE TO RESPOND BACK AFTER CHARGING APPLICATION FEES Good thing is they refunded application fees
