DO NOT RENT. This company seems good on the surface but they SUCK! The apartment was filthy when I moved in and it has been one headache after the other. Everyone I've communicated with is catty. They do not hire enough staff because maintenance doesn't get to half of the work orders we put in. The only time they follow through with a work order is after we hound them.
