I like living here.
Jackie in the leasing office is SO helpful and went out of her way to help me figure out everything I needed to get into my new apartment. She walked me through step by step and made the process so easy for me. The service she provided was outstanding and I would definitely recommend renting in Southgate. Armend the maintenance guy is also so helpful and responds quickly if anything breaks or has an issue.
Terrible treatment for residents who pay a premium price to live here. I pay over $2300 in rent and this is how the maintenance man who lives on site named Armend conducts himself . I had my garbage can in my garage cave 1 day after garbage day , which I found out Armend came to pick up in his work truck that has a bed . I requested that he return my garbage can and his response was that I have to pick it up from the leasing office which is almost half a mile away from my home .
