Thanks to Dr. Angela Barnes and Dr. Hassenfratz for excellent compassionate care! I easily get appts. with them, plus x-rays, physical therapy, prescriptions. I highly recommend Southgate Medical Group.

Receptionist when think they’re qualified doctors! Local walk in centre is becoming my local doctors because this one never has appointments!

I've had excellent results with the Doctors, nurses, therapists and staff over the years. My original primary doctor left the practice and I was transferred to a new primary physician with little to no problems. Doctor Daniel Murak and his staff have been wonderfully accommodating. Having an onsite pharmacy and physical therapist are also a plus in my book.

Southgate claimed I missed 2 appointments back in 2005 (while I would disagree, who remembers that far back) when I called to make them my primary was told No because of what they claimed happened 15 years ago! What kind of place is this? I can’t even state a case since I didn’t even remember till I called I went there 15 years ago. So some “manager” who doesn’t know me at all can pull a record from 2005 and claim what they want? Maybe if I was a medicaid patient they would take me...if they will deny you a primary based off... read more
