Not going here anymore! I bought 4 new tires, less than a month I had a slow leak in one of the tires. They said the fix was replacing a bad valve. Less then 4 months, I had 2 tires with a slow leak. There remedy was that I don't have a warranty? Hmm, no warranty on 4 tires less than a year old? My business is not welcomed there anymore.
If i could give 0 stars i would. Not happy at all with the services. I brought my vehicle in because it was not starting on some occasions. So when they diagnosed it, they told me it was the OC sensor. So I took their word for it, and they replaced the sensor to no avail. Mind you the OC sensor has nothing to do with the car not being able to start. So when I brought it in a week later, they charged me another diagnosis charge, and said it was the battery. Terrible car buying experience never ever will I go here again?
This place gave me a hassle about changing the tire on my. I had to get the manager of the dealership involved. Now I need to drive out to Novi or somewhere else to get my Lincoln serviced because I don't trust the service department at all.
