Terrible car buying experience never ever will I go here again?
This place gave me a hassle about changing the tire on my. I had to get the manager of the dealership involved. Now I need to drive out to Novi or somewhere else to get my Lincoln serviced because I don't trust the service department at all.
Alexis is one of the nicest most sincere people I have ever met. Southgate Lincoln is lucky along with us to have her. Amazing salesperson. Thank you again for everything you do and did for our family.
I would have given zero stars, but it's not an option. Had my mustang towed to southgate Lincoln for body repair. Got an appraisal and when I questioned why it was so low, I was told.....oh, Tom didn't look under the hood. Really??? I rear-ended someone and you didn't look under the hood. I decided to have my car towed to another facility, because of the not looking under the hood. I had to pay for work they had done on it t.
