If you want to give away money go ahead and move in. They will bend you over when you move out! One Lady in office is a piece of work. Very condescending to people. Will talk to you like a piece of trash. Place is not what they are charging for rent. If you liked being watched and talked about by other residents good place. Want to be attacked by other residents with explosive devices move on in. Want to get infected with roaches and bedbugs they are there too. Like in the movie " Run Forest Run"!!!!
Formerly Stone Manor of Sonterra and just changed their name to Oxford at Sonterra due to screwing the residents so much they had to change their name. This is a nasty place to live in Stone Oak. Do yourself a favor and move into one of the new complexes in the neighborhood. These old wrecks along with the old battle-axes that run the place will gauge you and harass you until the end of time. Stay away! AC unit goes out and they piece together fixes 3 times in a row and never replaced the unit. Received electric bill $150 more than normal because unit runs non stop and lowest cool point is 79 degrees. They still never replace unit 163 when we left. Poor person who gets that apartment is going to have to go through same problems beginning of next summer. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! Had my vehicle "daily driver" towed over night. I was told it was labeled as an " abandoned vehicle" . no stickers, no warnings that it would be towed. There was absolutely no reason it should have been towed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! they wouldn't own up to their mistake and I was left to front the bill!
These are the worst apartments in Weatherford , the management is horrible she never takes time to speak with you & she is the rudest woman I have ever met. We have seen her many times screaming at her daughter in the front yard at late hours, also they make you pay for covered parking which is fine, however she will let her boyfriend or friends park under without pay.
