Dropped off frame for broken glass Told the glass had to be ordered and should be in next day When I called the next day I was told glass had not arrived so I told them not to put glass in frame and the tech told me he would refund my labor. I came in when returning from my trip and was still charged for labor. They had no communication and installed the glass anyway!!!!! They told me they would give me some credit because they would charge me to take out the glass !!!!! Don't shop at the Carmichael store or deal with Alex!!... read more
I had avoided replacing a broken window in my laundry room for months because I thought it would be expensive and take a couple visits - nope! Very reasonable and done in one visit! Thanks!
