Worst apartment complex that anyone could ever live at. Roaches yet they have monthly pest control? On top of the fact that we were charged for pest control in our rent each month. Decaying porches that were taped off with yellow caution tape for MONTHS that have just now been fixed upon noticing when we drove by. FAILING small window AC units that were never maintained and have mold. There was also mold underneath and behind the apartments with the crawl space being wide open for rodents and other animals to access. Insane ... read more
We’ve been here going on our second month now and we love it so far! Communication from the property manager, Cori has been great! She always responds in a timely manager to any questions we email her. Maintenance requests have been answered quickly and they were just little things like asking for a towel bar in the bathroom. The monthly newsletter and community events like donuts, ice cream and pizza are really neat ways to feel like it’s more than somewhere we pay to live. The apartment is so nice. Has roaches bad do not move here! If you don't want to deal with that
I’ve been living here for about six months and have had a really positive experience so far. The neighborhood itself is great — it’s quiet and clean. Cori in the leasing office has been wonderful to work with. She’s friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. She always hosts a bunch of different events in the office for everyone to go to as well!
