The cars parked in front of the service center don't leave much space for the cars charging at the EV charger. My F150 lightning can barely get through.
Much improved. I recommend. The valet service to pickup and drop off your vehicle at home is the best. I don’t think the negative reviews are warranted. They do very good work at a fair price and a reasonable amount of time. They’re not a 10 minute oil change. ALL mechanics are expensive but Southgate Ford was actually a little less. You should give Southgate Ford Service a try.
I've always had a bad experience with this location of Ford. The service department is clueless and is never willing to help. There was an elderly women here that was going through chemo and needed a loaner car since they required her car to be there for a few days. They refused to even offer a shred of help to this women. Go to another ford location.
