I needed an emergency service replacement. They scheduled me immediately for the Saturday prior to the inspection and diagnoses. The crew came and were excellent. I had some issues still afterwards and Dan helped with DTE, very much went above and beyond. Biggest issues with the company is any communication afterwards. My permit wasn’t paid for so the first inspection date I was told wasn’t scheduled. Then I heard nothing back. We bought an outdated home in Farmington Hills which required multiple trips and tasks over the last 5 months. Dan, Devin and Trevor are excellent to work with. They work well together and were great at communicating with us. Jim has owned this company many years, has a great reputation and that pride has carried on to his employees and it shows. Thank you guys! We were lucky to have you taking care of us!
They were great! Communication was great, they were professional, cleaned up after themselves, explained what they were doing, and efficient! Would highly recommend!!!
They came within an hour & had the power fixed within an hour of arriving. Definitely Call Them For Issues.. I Know I Will!!!
