I’ve been with Southgate Dental since 2014. Even after moving to Windermere, I stayed with the clinic because of Dr. Tan. After his retirement, I decided to give Dr. Herath a try before looking for a clinic closer to home. I had my teeth cleaned by Krista and my annual checkup with Dr. Herath, and I’m glad I did! Well, here is my latest experience with this clinic. About three weeks ago, I called the office to make an appointment for my son with the new dentist who took over Dr. Tan’s patients. My son was experiencing tooth pain, so I specifically asked that his tooth be examined. He was seen and was told that he needed a root canal. An appointment was made for approximately five days later. He was sent home without antibiotics or any other treatment to address the pain and inflammation before the procedure. I have never had any issue. Staff are honest and timely. Front desk is always well-staffed, which is a plus. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future!

Dear Dr Hamm. CANADIAN DENTAL CARE PLAN My experience with MARIA WAS “AWFUL”. she sits at the desk…. She is is noted on website as working for Southgate Dental Center for many years. This lady “needs to go” nasty, rude, seems to take things personally…if you question her insurance submission. Maybe Retire Maria She is not a fan of the paperwork necessary to SUPPORT YOU as a DENTAL PATIENT with CANADIAN DENTAL CARE PLAN.
