I come in to get my teeth fixed. And these people get me scheduled in and i have issues with my insurance and instead of helping me get it squared away they tell me I have a history of being not the nicest person supposedly. And turn me away. I had been coming here along with my family for over 20 years. I will be next turning to the better business bureau about this as well. This place doesn't have the same care it used to. All about a paycheck and going home.
As always it was a GREAT experience at Southgate Dental , from the moment you are greeted to the time you leave everyone is pleasant .. My dentist Dr Huang always addresses any concerns or questions I may have .Gina went above and beyond to make sure I could get my procedure covered by my insurance before I left on my cruise . Thank goodness she did I was in extreme pain of not being able to drink or eat . Then Dr Huang made sure to fit me in ASAP . THANK YOU to everyone
The staff at this office is AMAZING, makes you not hate going to the dentist as much... Highly recommend them.
