Don't live there....lived there for too many years. The onsite management is horrible. They are nice at the beginning, just so you sign your lease and they get your money, after that, they are nasty, just nasty. If you have a problem, normally their answer will be "well, we can't do much about that" and don't even try to call them during lunch or after hours. I have been living in this complex for about a year now and there are a few ups and downs that you should know about before you consider renting. On the plus side, the parking is pretty good and the maintenance personnel are helpful. The rent is decent and comparible to other apts. in the area. Also the size of the apartments are good enough for one or two people. On the down side, the carpets are white and easily stained. I would say it's not bad for a beginner apartment. The people in the office are very nice! However, don't expect to get you deposit back in the end. The white carpet makes the apartment look bigger that's how they get you in but its only 780 sq. feet. Our carpet is not only paper thin but totally white when we moved in now that it's worn and more of an ugly gray color from ware. The paint that they use is very cheap and stains scratches very easy! If you know anything about duribility, and are thinking of staying here more than a year. DON'T. After a year, EVERYTHING falls apart. This place was made as cheaply as possible. The power sockets are now falling out of the walls, and the walls can't support anything over one pound. (And yes, it was installed correctly, my husband is a carpenter.)
