I brought my Lexus here a few months ago for some TPMS sensor work. As the tech lifted my car he told me he broke my skid plate, but I didn’t find out until the first time I had hopped into it and tried driving away. It was dragging against my wheel, I took it back and they admitted it had broken when going onto the lift. They used some self tapping screws / zip ties and told me it would hold up. This shop didn't tell me they charge a 3 percent fee on charge card transactions until after they did the work and they knew full well I was using a credit card. My fault for not asking? Or should they of told me before they did the work?
Very happy with this shop! Im very picky on who works on my car. I am sooo glad I found this place and took a chance when I was new to the area. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I loved how they worked with my budget & also kept me in the loop of the repairs needed. This is definitely a place to bring your vehicle to. A+ for the staff and the service. This is my go to shop now!
