They are great! Mr. Rickey that works there helped ease my anxiety and made me feel at ease with the process of them fixing my car. As well as keeping everything under my budget I appreciate everything he has done for me as well as my family. That car has been with me since I exited the military so the fact he was patient and kind with me I enjoyed working with him about my car. Never again, made an appointment mid week to have my exhaust fixed on a Saturday. Mike (a total jackhole) at the service desk said no problem just have it here when we open. I did that with a note that I needed the work done the same day. No call by 10 AM. I called and Mr. Jackhole told me 15 cars were ahead of me. I told him I would pick it up in 5 minutes. When I arrived my vehicle was up on the hoist and maybe five cars in the lot. Mechanic new the issue but would not commit to fix the same day. I left... Never again!
This car shop is my go to car shop for now on! The service was top notch, very informative with explaining all that was needed for my vehicle. I brought my car in because it kept cutting off and a weird sound it was making. Everyone I came in contact with was polite, had a smile on their faces and good energy. You can tell they enjoy what they do here. They fixed a purge valve and a sensor I needed also an oil change was done.
