I lived at Southgate apartments while my house was being remodeled for an insurance claim. The property manager couldn't have been more helpful in making us comfortable. The apartment that we stayed in was comfortable, and clean. Everything that we requested was brought promptly. It was a pleasure to have all utilities provided within the rental rate. Absolutely nothing to worry about.
RecommendedSouthgate is a great place to call home. Management is great to work with. Only nice/good people live there. It's beautiful. Just needs a Pool.. (hint hint)
Great corporate rental. Fully furnished and move in ready. All furnishings were clean, cable TV, on-site laundry, quiet neighbors. Your home away from home!
Great apartments right off the highway. They are the updated/renovated and I have had a great experience with Warren (owner). He has been extremely responsive answering questions and truly cares about his tenants. Would definitely recommend to anybody moving into the area or looking for a nice apartment.
Beautiful, spacious apartments in a secluded setting right outside of town! Wonderful owners and wonderful tenants! A must see for anyone needing long term housing or short term corporate lodging.
I stumbled upon Southgate after months of trying to find another place to live in Mt. Vernon that was nice, within my price range, accepted pets and safe....and I am SO GLAD I DID!!! I really enjoyed living there!! Warren Stark (owner) and his maintenance man, Lloyd Adams, were so wonderful to me. Anything I needed, they took care of it right away. This is a well run apartment complex. Warren the owner responds to txt in a timely manner. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. My wife an I would recommend these apartments to are friends. So come by take a look and contact Warren. It will be worth your time.
Excellent place to call home. Corporate rental was nicely furnished. The building was newly renovated and clean. It was in a convenient location with nice neighbors and great management!!!
