Excellent service from the leasing office. Nice apartments, the only thing is the application fees are a bit expensive in my opinion.

The Office Team is wonderful! Mary and Camille go above and beyond! And the maintenance team is always very helpful!!
I don't like the fact that my rent keeps going up every year, but I understand about market value. For rent each year to keep going up and outpacing people's income, that how homeless population starts. I also don't like the fact that they are passing on BH's charges onto their renters. Sewer, common lights for the building, garbage. We have our own electric to pay for, why should we pay for common lights in the hallway in our stairs as well. Spoke with Elizabeth to inquire about unit availability and pricing. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve toured the community in the past but have heard that there is new management so hopefully for the better.
