Quick, and easy application process. Staff super friendly. Apartment was very clean. Outside area kept clean as well. Each apt get 2 assigned spaces. The second one is kinda far that’s the only negative. Had 2 minor maintenance issues and they reached out to me and were resolved the same day I put the request in. My family of 5 is happy.
Please save your money and don’t go here! I have black mold under my ac unit, black mold on the window seals and in the showers! When going to the office to STATE THE ISSUE THEY TOLD ME ITS NOT BLACK MOLD THE GROUT IN COMING OUT AND THE WINDOWS ARE DIRT…my ac broke and I had to go a week without ac and it got to 89 in the apartment I had to drive with my kid during a hurricane to get to a place that had ac for my kid sake! Camille, the assistant manager, and Mary the community manager were so helpful with my application process. Even when i made a mistake, they helped me fix it. Camille is our personal hero for diligently helping us along they way. They both are very kind and they made the whole process less stressful.
My ex-husband and I rented Southgate apartments when they were brand new 26 or 27 years ago. These apartments have the same cabinets, the same tile, the same everything. The cabinets were all chipped up and falling off the hinges and the tile was filthy. The dryer and washer closet was filthy. The bathrooms were filthy. The two apartments that I toured smelled so bad that I was sick to my stomach the rest of the night and could not eat. Disgusting!!!🤢 🤮They haven’t updated anything in 26 years.
