The current staff is awful. They are liars and are very impersonal. I am waiting for the day when someone will actually sue them. The outside grounds are always eloquent, unfortunately that cannot be said about the inside... the elevator is an eyesore, and it is constantly breaking down. If thats working ok then your intercom may be down because "someone has theirs pushed in and its stuck". I HAVE BEEN RENTING HERE FOR A LITTLE OVER A MONTH NOW AND I FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAVE TWO DIFFERENT RENTAL UNITS FOR THE TWO BEDROOMS. THIS OPTION WAS NOT BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION WHEN I CAME TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE UNIT. IN MY UNIT THE CABINETS ARE HORRIBLE THEY ARE LITERALLY FALLING APART. ALL MY BLINDS ARE DIFFERENT IN EACH ROOM IN LENGTH AND DESIGN. MY FLOORS IN THE BATHROOM ARE CRACKING AND ALL THE ROOM / CLOSET DOORS ARE OLD AND BARELY CLOSES. nice size apts, nice location but, elevator stays broken, since ive been here, it is out at least once a week sometimes twice a week, my rent was raised 30.00 at renewel time and they dont tell you until the week before renewal and i undersand it goes up every year , the amidities include a pool which i understand has not been in operation for at least 3- years, ive been here a year and a half and its stil not open, now the excuse is no pool attendant, laundry room floods, walls painted with flat paint so you cant wash them,... read more
