I lived at Southgate for four years and loved my apartment overall. I was fortunate enough to have a 3rd floor with a west-facing balcony and caught plenty of stunning sunsets on it. I made good use of the walking path behind the building which led to a golf course on one side and pickleball courts I frequented on the other. Getting groceries at the nearby Hornbacher's was very convenient. Maintenance requests were typically addressed promptly and effectively. Maintenance did great work replacing dishwasher. They had it replaced in less than 48 hours.
Awesome place to live! Staff are extremely nice, friendly and helpful honestly. From the time we moved in here they made us feel really at home this was my husbands and I first place together and by far an amazing experience and AFFORDABLE. Very Quiet place, the neighbors are nice and respectful. IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING MOVING HERE DO IT! They realllyyy care about you, AND EVERY single person i've met in the rental office makes you feel really welcomed and like you actually matter here.
