Great time good help
I highly recommend the South Gate community. The neighbors are pretty friendly and don’t complain much about noise/hosting family and friends.I especially love the apartment managers at the renters office at South Gate. Super friendly and does amazing with follow-ups regarding apt information. I want to give thanks to Kendra Miller and her team for helping me with apartment information regarding release to another tenant. She’s amazing at her job and very on top of her A-game regarding follow ups. Thanks again!!!
Goldmark manger Kendra, is the BEST. I have never met a manger with such a patience, love, caring, kindness, and professionalism. I had issue with my account with Goldmark for about two years. When Kendra came to the site, where I was residing, she worked with me on every step until the problem was identify. Kendra reviewed my account, and made sure extra charges were removed. Goldmark technician, Barrett is amazing!! He knows how to fix everything. He is very kind, respectful, and gets the job done correctly. My kids love to have conversations with him while working, and he has such a gentle heart for the kids.
