It was nice when it was around but they are having a going out of business sale. They are not going to be around much longer.
Great customer service! They treated me like a real person. Experience below. My wife bought me a tool set on sale around father's day but gave it to me a couple months later for my birthday. After I got all the sockets organized and saw how they all fit together I decided I did the want this set anymore because I didn't think the pieces were held in place secure enough. This store is great, high quality items, only place I could find the 1/4 NPT tap I needed. I find myself there quite a bit lately, the employees are always interested in whatever project I am working on at the time. Infinitely more rewarding than any huge box hardware store.
I was excited to go as it has been awhile and i remembered the employees being knowledgeable and friendly. NOT this location. Three employees chatting away when i walked in and not one said hello. Looked around for what i needed and didn't find it so I asked an employee in the tools area. Didn't offer to show me and product was not where he said it was. Very disappointed and heading across town to the one I went to last time.
